Kyle Cooke Reacts to ‘Emotional and Frustrating Situation’ After Blasting West Wilson

News RoomBy News RoomOctober 30, 20261 ViewsNo Comments

Kyle Cooke has more to say after he blasted former Summer House costar West Wilson in a since-deleted Instagram comment.

Taking to his Instagram Story on Thursday, October 29, Kyle, 43, appeared to address the comment, where he accused West, 31, of destroying the life and career of Amanda Batula.

“There’s already enough negativity online, and the last thing I want to do is add to it. So I want to be clear, and then I’m leaving this alone,” Kyle wrote. “Despite our differences, I will always care about Amanda, and when it comes to people I care about, I fight hard. Sometimes too hard. It’s been an emotional and frustrating situation, and I have let those feelings get the better of me at times. But that doesn’t mean my concerns aren’t valid.”

He added, “Ultimately, I wanted us both to have the opportunity to share our perspectives on the show. But at the end of the day, Amanda has her own life and makes her own decisions, just as I make mine. I’ll leave it there. Thanks everyone ❤️.”

The post comes after West shared a photo of himself and his girlfriend Amanda, 35, attending a Kansas City Chiefs football game via Instagram on Wednesday, October 28. “What the heck,” West captioned the post.

Kyle, who split with Amanda in January after four years of marriage, commented the following day, “More like you a coke head that blew my ex’s life and career up.”

Although Kyle later deleted the comment, his alcoholic beverage business, Loverboy, responded in the comments section after a fan account posted a screenshot of the message.

“While we have your attention,” the official Loverboy account wrote. “We just dropped some cool new merch and you should go check it out 🤪.”

Us reached out to reps for Summer House and West for comment.

Amanda and West confirmed their romance in March, just months after Amanda and Kyle’s breakup. The new couple also came under fire for the budding relationship as West previously dated Amanda’s best friend and Summer House costar Ciara Miller, in 2023.

As a result of West and Amanda’s controversial romance, which faced backlash from the rest of the Summer House cast, the pair will not return to film the reality TV show’s upcoming 11th season. It also is unclear whether Amanda will return for season 2 of the In the City spinoff.
