JPMorgan Chase Executive Lorna Hajdini Countersues Coworker After Sexual Harassment Accusations

News RoomBy News RoomJuly 15, 20261 ViewsNo Comments

JPMorgan Chase banking executive Lorna Hajdini filed a counterclaim against her former colleague who accused her of sexual harassment, Us Weekly can confirm.

Hajdini, 37, named her accuser in a defamation and libel lawsuit filed Tuesday, July 14, alleging that he mounted a “months-long campaign to smear” her reputation.

John Doe filed a lawsuit against Hajdini in April, alleging that the senior executive tried to make him her “sex slave.” Hajdini vehemently denied the allegations of sexual abuse and harassment against her coworker, who has not publicly identified himself. (A rep for JPMorgan said in a statement at the time that they “don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims” after an internal investigation.)

“Ms. Hajdini categorically and unequivocally denies each and every allegation of unlawful conduct, including any allegations of sexual harassment, sexual assault, drugging, blackmail, and racial discrimination asserted by plaintiff,” Tuesday court documents obtained by Us read. “These allegations are entirely false, malicious and fabricated, and were concocted for the improper purpose of personal enrichment at the expense of defendants and others.”

Her filing continues, “Indeed, Ms. Hajdini has never engaged in any sexual conduct of any kind with plaintiff and has never even been to the apartment where plaintiff alleges Ms. Hajdini supposedly sexually assaulted him.”

Hajdini alleged that she “suffered severe and lasting harm to her reputation, career, personal relationships and emotional well-being” as a result of the lawsuit’s “false” accusations.

“Ms. Hajdini seeks to vindicate her name, mitigate the substantial damage inflicted upon her, and hold plaintiff accountable for his depraved and unlawful conduct,” the docs state. “Ms. Hajdini denies each and every allegation of fact, conclusion of law, or other matter set forth in the Complaint that has not been expressly admitted herein.”

Hajdini also detailed how the legal battle allegedly destroyed “her personal and professional life” in the filing.

“Plaintiff deliberately crafted a salacious narrative designed to achieve maximum press coverage and inflict maximum pain; unfortunately, it has succeeded despite its falsity,” she claimed. “Indeed, the graphic nature of plaintiff’s claims has led to non-stop and pervasive media coverage in major news outlets, and non-stop discussion across all major social media platforms, as well as threats to her personal safety. Ms. Hajdini and members of her family have been mocked, ridiculed, and harassed around the clock, with Ms. Hajdini serving as the ongoing focal point of countless jokes, memes and AI-generated images and videos of a persistently vile, degrading, and sexual nature — all a direct consequence of plaintiff’s lies.”

Hajdini further believed that her accuser’s claims were “frivolous, unreasonable and groundless” and alleged that she is “entitled to recover all costs and attorneys’ fees.”

Her docs allege, “Ms. Hajdini brings these claims for defamation, defamation per se, intentional infliction of emotional distress, prima facie tort, and intentional interference with business relations to put an end to plaintiff’s malicious campaign and recover damages, including compensatory and punitive damages, as well as the full costs of this proceeding, including attorney’s fees and costs.”

Hajdini’s accuser has not publicly addressed her lawsuit. Us Weekly has reached out for comment.
