You lost the weight… now what?
That’s the question Kourtney Kardashian-Barker’s women’s supplement brand was aiming to answer with its latest launch. The company just unveiled Lemme Metabolism, daily capsules formulated to support GLP-1 production, cravings support and weight management.
“Millions of people are coming off GLP-1s right now with no metabolic support system in place,” shared Dr. Kathleen Valenton, board-certified physician and Chief Medical Officer at Lemme, who points out that most people who stop taking their meds regain weight. “I see it with my patients consistently: losing weight and keeping it off are two entirely different biological challenges.”
Unlike traditional GLP-1 medications, Lemme Metabolism isn’t targeting brain receptors to suppress appetite or increase satiety. Instead, Lemme is positioning it for the next phase: maintaining weight loss. The supplement supports gut health and metabolism with three clinically studied ingredients.

One of its key components is Akkermansia muciniphila, a postbiotic associated with gut barrier integrity and metabolic function. According to the brand, each serving delivers 30 billion AFU (Active Fluorescent Units), a significantly higher dose than many comparable supplements on the market.
Valenton said Lemme uses a scientifically backed strain of Akkermansia muciniphila specifically shown to support metabolism. “The MucT strain in Lemme Metabolism has been evaluated in clinical research and shown to support markers of metabolic health and weight maintenance.”
In addition to Akkermansia muciniphila, the capsules combine Black Ginger Root Extract, known to support visceral fat reduction and healthy energy metabolism, as well as Chromium, a natural mineral that could play a role in carbohydrate, lipid and protein metabolism by potentiating insulin action.
