Why RHOM’s Alexia Nepola Is Still Wearing Her Wedding Ring After Divorcing Ex Todd (Exclusive)

News RoomBy News RoomJanuary 8, 20261 ViewsNo Comments

The Real Housewives of Miami star Alexia Nepola is raising eyebrows after being spotted with ex-husband Todd Nepola — while wearing a particular piece of jewelry.

“They are dating,” a source exclusively shared with Us Weekly. “They travel together and have been since their divorce. They spent New Year’s together in Paris.”

According to DeuxMoi, Alexia was seen wearing her wedding band while visiting Hotel Costes in Paris with Todd.

The insider, however, assured fans that the Bravo star “is not engaged.”

“It is her old wedding ring that she simply likes wearing from time to time, especially when they are together,” the source explained. “They’re still navigating what their relationship looks like. Alexia is happy about it. They’re trying to turn a new leaf, have a fresh start on things and leave the negative in the past.”

Us confirmed in March 2025 that Todd and Alexia were officially divorced after nearly three years of marriage.

According to court documents obtained by Us, the former couple reached an agreement that “they wish to remain confidential.” The parties both signed the agreement “freely and voluntarily” with the assistance and advice of counsel.

Weeks later, a source told Us that while the duo are no longer husband and wife, “they are still together” and considered boyfriend and girlfriend.

After kicking off a new year together in the city of light, Todd and Alexia are still unsure of what the future holds.

“It’s day by day,” the insider explained. “They’re living separately. They are trying to figure out their new normal.”

Alexia, who is an original cast member of The Real Housewives of Miami, was previously married to Peter Rosello Sr. (who was the subject of Netflix’s Cocaine Cowboys: The Kings of Miami) from 1992 to 1996. They share two adult sons, Peter and Frankie.

She later moved on with Herman Echevarria, and they were together from 2004 to 2015. Echevarria was later found dead in 2016.

Through all the ups and downs of her love life, Alexia continued to document her journey in finding a forever person. Bravo cameras rolled as she planned her wedding day to Todd and celebrated with her close friends, including Marysol Patton, Larsa Pippen and Lisa Hochstein.

“After the two marriages that I’ve had, you know, I was super jaded,” Alexia said in a December 2021 episode of The Real Housewives of Miami. “But when I met Todd around five years ago, I knew that he was going to be the one that I was going to be able to trust. I honestly really want to be married to Todd for the rest of my life. He loves me.”

During the most recent season, however, viewers watched Alexia get emotional on more than one occasion when trying to navigate her life after divorce.

While Bravo has yet to officially announce casting decisions for The Real Housewives of Miami season 8, Alexia is simply focused on starting 2026 with a grateful heart.

“Closing the year where the lights glow a little brighter. Paris 🤍,” she wrote via Instagram on Monday, January 5. “Ending the year full of gratitude. Ready for 2026 ✨.”
