Growing up in rural Pennsylvania, I never wanted to shop at Walmart, especially not for fashion. So it’s funny that it took me moving away and not having a Walmart anywhere nearby to start shopping for clothes there — and regularly.

My full summer wardrobe is from the the retailer, and I think everyone’s should be, too. Below you’ll find 13 items I’ve already added to my closet, including fun bandana tops, star-studded jeans and so much more. Best of all, these styles start at just $15.

13 Writer-Loved Walmart Summer Finds

1. My Favorite: An LBD has its time and place, but the summer is all about the little white dress! This smocked halter style is extra comfy and flattering on almost every body type.

2. Casually Confident: Tank tops are a summer staple. However, no one will expect you to show up in this sleeveless denim style. Pair it with shorts or white jeans.

3. In the Trees: The embroidered palm trees on this summery pencil skirt will put you in a vacation state of mind.

4. Trend of the Summer: Is it 2016 or 2026? We can’t tell the difference since peplum tops are back in style. This striped smocked peplum tank is giving total Nantucket vibes.

5. Summer Stompers: Strut into every seasonal soirée in these fresh espadrille heels that are complete with rope straps and a pretty butter yellow hue.

6. Unexpected Shorts: Why wear your standard blue denim shorts when you could turn heads in this high-rise pinstripe style that feels very patriotic with fun star pocket details.

7. Boho Dreams: Feel angelic and fairy-like in this soft pastel floral maxi skirt. It’s perfect for garden brunches in the sun.

8. In the Stars: Patterned denim is having a moment, and these star-embellished bootcut jeans will look cute long after the USA’s 250th birthday.

9. Cool Down: When chilly nights inevitably happen, you’ll be glad you have this lightweight trucker jacket to keep you warm.

10. Keep It Comfy: Bottoms shouldn’t tug and ride up. Palazzo pants feel more like pajamas than street clothes, and this striped drawstring pair look like they belong on a Mediterranean runway.

11. Cool Kicks: Forget white sneaks, add a pop of color to your outfit with these extra stylish green suede trainers from New Balance.

12. Summer Forever: No warm weather wardrobe is complete without a pair of white jeans that feel like they were created just for you. The barrel-style bottoms not only feel tailor-made, but they also make legs look miles long.

13. Giddy Up: Bandanas aren’t just an accessory — they can also be made into shirts! That’s the case with this fun top style that can be worn from concerts to rodeos and beyond.
