Anthropologie lovers, listen up! Everything from simple basics to chic statement pieces is being marked down on Anthropologie for its huge upcoming fashion sale, and we got the inside scoop on the best seasonal deals before anyone else.

Unlike clearance sales, the Fashionably Early Fall Event is giving Anthro fans access to some of the biggest trends ahead of autumn. So if you thought this was an end-of-season sale, think again. You’ll find everything you’d want to wear for the upcoming season, including sweater tops, relaxed jeans, barn jackets and more.

AnthroPerk Members have early access to all the rich, bohemian-style loot with discounts up to 30% off, starting now through July 9. Starting July 10, anyone can shop the sale, which is set to run until July 19. Read: If you want the pick of the litter, we’d suggest you sign up for AntroPerks access, if you haven’t already. As true Anthro devotees, we’re already eyeing items that are on sale, including picks from Maeve, Sunday in Brooklyn, Pilcro, By Anthropologie and more. See them below before everyone else!

Anthropologie Fashionably Early Fall Event: Early Deals

1. Our Favorite: A sweater top is a must for every fashionable fall girlie, and we’re so into this ribbed knit pick. It’s giving major collegiate vibes with the mock neckline and semi elbow-length sleeves. And because it’s still basically a shirt, you can wear it now and well into November — was $58, now $41!

2. Runner-Up: Update your everyday basics with this boat-neck tank top that’s perfect for layering. The simple style creates the perfect base for all your outfits, and looks especially cute under a cardigan or barn jacket — was $52, now $36!

3. Rich Mom: A button-down shirt is a workwear staple, but throw in some chic stripes and a fun color, and you’re veering more toward rich mom territory. We love the bold red shade that gives it a rich appearance when paired with relaxed jeans, dad shorts or trendy capris — was $128, now $90!

4. Quite the Charmer: Barn jackets aren’t new (even Queen Elizabeth wore them back in the day), however, we’re seeing them pop up more and more on ‘It’ girls. You can get in on the trend with this sharp utility jacket style that has a modern touch with the cropped hem — was $198, now $139!

5. Anything But Basic: You’ve probably heard of bubble-hem dresses, but have you seen bubble pants? These fun, breezy pants steal the playful design, cropping right near the shin to give your a voluminous look. We also like that they’re petite-girl friendly — was $88, now $62!

6. Total Reset: If your go-to bottoms usually revolve around denim, it’s time to jazz things up with a mini skirt. This sleek little number has an A-line appearance that’s ultra flattering on the body, and provides some extra give with that side slit — was $98, now $69!

7. Boho Babe: We love incorporating lace into our fall wardrobes, which is why we’re really considering this ethereal midi skirt. It has an almost floral appliqué and an asymmetrical design that feels so bohemian chic — was $138, now $97!

8. No Brainer: Yes! It’s finally time to start introducing jeans back into your weekly rotation. Summer’s hot temperatures will be behind Us, and cool-girl jeans like these high-rise flare ones will be much more comfortable to wear. These have unique, fun front pockets and statement stitching at the hem to set them apart from pants you already have at home — was $158, now $111!

9. Laid-Back Luxe: So you want to feel cozy yet look put together — we hear you. This crewneck cardigan is the solution. It’s slightly oversized, has drop shoulders, ribbed trimming and a cropped design that looks effortlessly chic. Psst, it comes in four pretty colors — was $128, now $90!

10. Mix and Match: Is this lace-trim top a sleepwear piece or an everyday staple? Well, we think that’s up to you. The satin-style top is sexy without being too revealing, so you can wear it to bed or out, layered under a cardigan — was $88, now $62!

11. Closet Hero: There’s something about a cotton shirtdress that looks completely elevated and rich yet approachable. We say it’s the magic of the shirtdress, and this Anthropologie find embodies that aesthetic. It has a classic collar and front buttons, however, the puffed sleeves give it a feminine touch — was $158, now $111!

12. Designer-Looking: Denim dresses can be a hit or miss, and this zip-front midi is definitely the former. Despite the structured material, the dress finds a way to accentuate your curves with strategic stitching that’s just genius. And can we go back to that front zip detail? So chic — was $178, now $125!

13. Pretty Pick: You’re not imagining it: Polka dot prints are everywhere, and we fully expect them to transition from summer to fall. This brown dot dress style fits right in with the autumnal months, bridging the fun pattern with a warm hue — was $168, now $118!
