Baltimore’s three-game losing streak has exposed problems on both sides of the ball, with the Ravens now facing a Jacksonville team that has won five of its seven games.
The Jaguars enter Thursday as 10-point road favorites, a staggering reversal from the early line that had Baltimore laying 4.5 points well before its quarterback situation unraveled.

What our Post expert thinks about Jaguars vs. Ravens
Baltimore’s receivers were virtually nonexistent against Buffalo, with leading receiver Rashod Bateman managing just 22 yards and Zay Flowers failing to catch any of his five targets.
Jacksonville enters with a plus-seven turnover differential, while its defense has allowed just 1.1 points per opposing drive, ranking seventh in the NFL entering Week 9.
The Ravens converted just 39.2 percent of their third downs entering the matchup, a troubling figure against a Jaguars offense capable of controlling possession and extending drives.
