Popular porn streaming site OnlyFans employed just a few dozen workers last year but was a cash cow, paying more than $700 million to its late owner Leo Radvinksy, according to a report.
London-based parent company Fenix International paid $535 million in dividends to Radvinsky for the annual period ended Nov. 30, and another $174 million between January and the end of March, according to financial filings earlier reported by the Wall Street Journal.
Radvinsky – who died in March at age 43 after a secret battle with cancer – also raked in nearly $1 billion in dividends for the two-year period ended Nov. 30, 2024.
His attorney and philanthropist wife, Yekaterina “Katie” Chudnovsky, took the reins of the company after Radvinsky’s death.
OnlyFans is home to 2.5 million active creators and 132 million active “fan” accounts.
The site is viewed as revolutionizing the porn industry by allowing sex workers to reach their pervy audiences directly through subscriptions and keep 80% of their revenues.
OnlyFans also takes a cut of their earnings.
The subscription-revenue model has resulted in massive earnings for top creators like Sophie Rain.
The adult content creator said she earned a jaw-dropping $95 million between 2023 and 2025, and thanked Radvinsky for changing her life in a tribute after his death.
In the year ended Nov. 30, 2025, OnlyFans revenue grew 10% to nearly $1.6 billion – amassing profits of more than $521 million, the company said Tuesday.
The platform’s biggest market is the US, followed by the UK and continental Europe. It employed 47 people in the latest financial year, according to filings, though it also works with roughly 1,500 content moderators.
“In the 10 years since the platform launched in 2016, OnlyFans has paid out over $30 billion to creators around the world, including over $1million to more than 5000 creators,” CEO Keily Blair said in a statement.
“OnlyFans provides real opportunities to real people by creating a safe, regulated space
where people can monetize their content with a global fan base,” she added.
The site has defended its model through a string of controversies, arguing it is not technically a porn site because its creators include celebrities and athletes posting content for their fans.
Radvinsky lived a famously private life – leaving just one photo of himself behind on the internet after his death.
In May, San Francisco-based investment firm Architect Capital agreed to buy a 16% stake in OnlyFans, valuing the firm at $3.15 billion.
Radvinsky had been in talks to sell a majority stake in OnlyFans to Architect, which was aware of his illness, in a deal that would have valued his company at $3.5 billion, but plans changed after his death, according to the Journal.
The revised deal came in at a lower valuation because the firm would no longer get majority control over OnlyFans.
Radvinsky – born in Odesa, Ukraine, and raised outside Chicago – bought Fenix International in 2018. He was the majority shareholder and director of OnlyFans for the next eight years.
As of March, he had an estimated $4.7 billion net worth, according to Forbes.
Radvinsky was a major donor to medical causes, including the Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the University of Chicago Medicine and EB Research Partnership, a global research organization focused on the rare genetic disease Epidermolysis Bullosa, according to his personal website.
In 2024, Radvinsky and his wife supported a $23 million grant program for cancer research through a gastrointestinal research foundation, according to the Journal.
Though he preferred a secretive life out of the public eye, public records show Radvinsky owned an ultra-ritzy, 6,000-square-foot Miami condo worth nearly $19 million. The units come with exclusive memberships to an airport, two golf courses and a private marina.
Prior to taking over OnlyFans, Radvinsky registered hundreds of domain names, many of them X-rated; worked on websites that claimed to offer hacked passwords to porn sites; and in 2004 launched MyFreeCams, an early porn streaming site where users paid for private content.
He graduated from Northwestern University with a degree in economics.
