Neko Health is bringing its proprietary health-monitoring technology to New York for the first time.

The Swedish-launched company will open an 11,000-square-foot facility at 300 Lafayette St. on Sept. 24.

Founded by Spotify executive chairman Daniel Ek and Hjalmar Nilsonne, Neko pioneered an affordable ($499), non-invasive and radiation-free scan that captures data on cardiovascular, metabolic and other bodily functions in just 60 minutes, followed by a physician’s review.

The company already has more than 25,000 New Yorkers on the waitlist for its first US clinic, making it one of the hottest tickets in town.

“New York felt like the right place to bring that idea to the US It’s a city where people are used to having access to the best of everything — and we think healthcare should be no different,” Neko Health co-founder and CEO Hjalmar Nilsonne explained.

“Longevity and health should not be reserved for billionaires. Being evidence-based and accessible to everyday people is the whole point. Otherwise, we are just reinventing luxury medicine.”

The company has attracted a high-profile roster of backers from Silicon Valley, Hollywood, sports and hospitality, including: Mark Zuckerberg, Ari Emanuel, Claudia Schiffer, Maria Sharapova, Gary Vaynerchuk, Danny Meyer, Jimmy Iovine, Thierry Henry, will.i.am, Alexis Ohanian and Zoë Saldaña.

“We spent five years just working on the fundamental premise of what a new physical infrastructure layer of healthcare would look like; where we could provide affordable, high-quality preventive services; and how we could make it an experience people enjoy,” added Nilsonne.

Newmark brokered the deal for the tenant. Intervest and Ridgebrook Partners are the building’s owners.

The Soho clinic will be one of Neko’s largest and most advanced facilities. The brand has a large footprint in Sweden and the UK. It plans more Big Apple locations soon and will also expand to Miami and San Francisco.

“An MRI is a very powerful piece of technology that looks inside your body and can see things, but it is just too expensive for most people. We are trying to create a price point that’s 10 times more affordable,” said Nilsonne.

“We’ve spent the last few years asking a simple question: What if a single visit could give you a more complete picture of your health, where it’s heading, and a clear plan from a medical professional to change what happens next?”

The SoHo clinic will span two floors and include seven scan rooms, making it one Neko’s largest location yet.
