Megyn Kelly claims a decades-old photo of former President Bill Clinton shows him “looking down the chest” of one of her young friends — sharing it just hours before he is due to testify Friday about his association with late pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
The former Fox News anchor flashed up the image of Clinton from 1999, when he was still president, telling her viewers that it showed him ogling her friend at the Bombay Club in Washington, DC, soon after he was impeached over the Monica Lewinsky sex scandal.
“I’m not saying this is a crime,” she stressed on her “Megyn Kelly Show” Thursday, claiming it instead showed Clinton hadn’t changed even after getting impeached.
“Bill was not shamed at all — after the Monica Lewinsky scandal — out of his hound dog behavior, to put it mildly,” she said.
“Yes, he is looking down the chest of my friend, Meg Florence, and that’s my other friend in the foreground, Abby Rittman. He’s basically got his hand on her side boob,” Kelly alleged of the snap.
Kelly claimed Clinton brazenly posed for the photo in the middle of the restaurant while his wife, Hillary, and their daughter, Chelsea, were in tow.
“I’m just saying [he was] not chastised at all as a result of Lewinsky,” she claimed, stressing that she was not suggesting anything criminal.
The image surfaced just as Clinton is expected to give a deposition before the House Oversight Committee on Friday over his history with Epstein and the late pedophile’s madam, Ghislaine Maxwell.
Bill Clinton has previously admitted having a friendship with Epstein in the late 1990s and early 2000s, but he has not been accused of any wrongdoing.
The former president flew on Epstein’s private jet dozens of times and has been pictured in the notorious Epstein files, but denies ever visiting the convicted child sex offender’s infamous private island in the Caribbean. He has long denied any knowledge of Epstein’s crimes.
Clinton’s spokesperson did not immediately respond to a request for comment about Kelly’s claims.
