The Liberty and Lynx are set to meet in the WNBA playoffs. We all remember what happened last time this happened, right?
The Lynx forced a Game 5 in the 2024 WNBA Finals that went into overtime. The Liberty ultimately won, basking in their championship glory while the Lynx suffered heartbreak and complained about the officiating.
Since that game, it always seems as if the Liberty and Lynx bring out the best in one another. The Liberty won this year’s regular-season series 2-1.
The Liberty embarrassed the Lynx in Minnesota in last week’s 93-81 win.
