The San Francisco 49ers are back stateside after a historic Week 1.
Last week, the Niners became the first NFL team to win a game in Australia. They faced off against the Los Angeles in Melbourne, Australia and came home with a 27-7 victory. Quarterback Brock Purdy went 25-for-34 for 205 passing yards, throwing three touchdowns and one interception.
They return home for a Week 2 tilt with the Miami Dolphins. The Dolphins opened their season on the road with a 27-13 loss against the Raiders last week. Despite the result, rookie wide receiver Caleb Douglas set a franchise debut record with 94 receiving yards.
