Housewives Kyle Richards, Camille Grammer, More Donate to Brandi Glanville’s GoFundMe Amid Health Issues

The Real Housewives community is coming together to support Brandi Glanville‘s fundraising efforts amid her myriad of health concerns.

Glanville’s close friend Gina Rodriguez launched a GoFundMe earlier this week to help the former Bravo star pay for her various treatments, surgeries and continued recovery following more than three years of dealing with a mysterious facial disfigurement.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum, 53, has previously revealed that she has spent $113,000 in an effort to treat the condition, to mixed results.

Doctors recently diagnosed the former reality TV star with “highly resistant ESBL Klebsiella and Enterobacter with biofilm, Coccidioidomycosis (Valley Fever), Demodex dermatitis and Mononucleosis,” per Brandi. (Brandi has stated that her health issues started after she filmed Real Housewives: Ultimate Girls Trip in Morocco in 2023. The season has never aired due to ongoing litigation between cast member Caroline Manzo and Bravo over an alleged incident involving Brandi.)

In light of her diagnosis, Brandi’s former RHOBH costars Kyle Richards and Camille Grammer both made significant contributions to the GoFundMe drive, giving $500 and $200, respectively, per the site’s donor list.

Camille, 58, told TMZ that she felt like donating to the fundraising appeal was the right thing to do even though she is not particularly close to Brandi.

“I remember when she sent me flowers when I had my hysterectomy for uterine cancer. I thought that was very sweet of her. I wanted to return the favor, and I feel bad for what she’s going through,” Camille explained.

Brandi’s Ultimate Girls Trip costar Vicki Gunvalson gave $500 to support her friend amid her health issues, while Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Claudia Jordan contributed $100, the GoFundMe contributor list suggests.

“I actually donate to a lot of GoFundMes all the time. People I know and people I don’t know,” Claudia, 53, exclusively told Us through her spokesperson Chris Giovanni. “Sometimes I make it anonymously; sometimes I let my name appear. I feel so bad for her and I can’t imagine how helpless she may be feeling. Times are tough for a lot of people and I am sure it was difficult for her to put herself out there like this — knowing she would get a lot of criticism but I admire her bravery and hope she can get all the help she needs!”

Us has reached out to Richards and Gunvalson for comment.

On the Friday, September 11, episode of her “Unfiltered” podcast, Brandi got emotional as she discussed the financial strain that her health issues have caused.

“I’m on all of this crazy medication, [and] even with my insurance, it’s $7,000 a week. Then, I have creditors calling me all day,” she said. “[My friend], Gina, started a GoFundMe for me. I’m embarrassed, honestly, ‘cause I don’t like to ask for help.”

Her podcast cohost James Maas assured Brandi that “what’s embarrassing is the whole medical system” since she allegedly spent thousands of dollars on doctors who made her feel like “killing [herself] or self-mutilating because there was no other option.”

He added, “You need a GoFundMe. You’re the last person that wants to ask for help. When you don’t even have money … you’ll take me out to a fancy dinner or something like that. … You’re just the most giving person and you don’t want to take anything from anyone even before this.”

“I feel like a loser,” Brandi tearfully admitted later in the podcast. “I feel like I definitely hit rock bottom, and I’m embarrassed. I just never thought I would do this. … Gina did it for me. I know, like, she’s looking out for me.”

Despite her mixed feelings about the fundraising campaign, the RHOBH star’s friends and fans have supported her by raising more than $10,000 as of publication. (The GoFundMe goal has been set at $28,000.)
