FRP’s “Rider Series” makes its Houston debut, marking a shift toward community-led riding in the U.S.

FRP launched its first “Rider Series” event on May 2 in Stafford, Texas, introducing the brand’s new U.S. community initiative. The event signals a wider move toward locally driven meetups and more regular, day-to-day engagement with riding.

The Houston stop drew a mix of participants, from first-time riders to experienced regulars, alongside local dealers and creators. The event featured a slow riding challenge, professional photo sessions with bikes and open ride time, along with product giveaways and complimentary oil change services. FRP also showcased its GMB100 model in new blue and yellow colorways alongside its existing lineup.

“We built FRP for people who want to ride consistently,” said Wei Huang, founder and CEO of FRP. “Our focus has always been on predictable handling, rider comfort and practical performance that riders can trust from day one and continue to grow with over time. Rider Series gives us a direct line to the people using our bikes, and the feedback we hear in these environments feeds directly into how we refine and evolve the product.”

“This is what riding looks like right now,” said Aldo Carrion, a local dealer. “People want something local, something fun, and a place where they can actually show up, ride and connect with others.”

The Rider Series will continue rolling out across the U.S. as FRP expands. The company also confirmed that two new dirt bike models, the FX125 and FX140, will be launched in June.
