There is one Brewers fan that comes to mind after a franchise first World Series win.
Amy Williams, also known as “Front Row Amy,” shared her reaction on X after the Brewers’ 4-1 Game 5 on Wednesday night to capture the championship.
“OUR MILWAUKEE BREWERS ARE #WORLDSERIES CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!” she wrote along with many blue and yellow heart emojis.
Williams is a die-hard Brewers fan and has been a season ticket holder since 2011. Many regularly recognize her behind home plate in her front row seat at American Family Field.
However, during the World Series, there was concern that Williams’ seat would be in jeopardy after this season.
The Brewers are planning to put a new two-story premium suite, The Truss Club, that covers the first six rows behind home plate ahead of next season.
“It’ll be really cool if the Brewers can win a World Series while all of us and the season seat holders are still there [since] the diehard fans aren’t going to be there next year,” she said to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel following the Brewers’ 3-2 Game 1 win.
Williams revealed she will be in the same seat in 2027 and beyond in an X post on Oct. 5.
Following the World Series-opening win, Williams commented on watching the Brewers’ run this season.
“It’s something that I’ve been wishing for since I’ve been a fan for 20 seasons,” she told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel in a video posted on social media.
“It’s kinda surreal … it hasn’t hit me yet.”
It seems like a near guarantee that Williams will also find a front-row spot for the Brewers’ championship parade, which is set for Oct. 30 in downtown Milwaukee at 10 a.m. CT.
