31-year-old quarterback Deshaun Watson’s five-year, $230 million fully guaranteed contract with the Cleveland Browns is on track to going down as one of the worst contracts in sports history.
Watson’s wife, Jilly Anais, certainly isn’t complaining. It opened the door for her to receive an absolutely massive wedding ring, which she showed off in an Instagram post before the Browns’ Thursday Night Football game against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Jilly Anais Watson (who has worked as a Sports Illustrated swimsuit model) posted photos of her at the Browns’ most recent home game, where she was wearing Watson’s jersey, light blue jeans, a brown bag, and a huge rock on her ring finger.
The custom wedding ring is a direct match with the one Deshaun got when the two tied the knot in the summer of 2025.
The two bands combine for more than 50 carats together. Deshaun’s is estimated to be worth between $1.1 million and $1.3 million, while his wife’s band has an estimated value between $500,000 and $650,000.
To be fair, the engagement ring that Jilly Anais received from Watson exceeded $2 million, so it’s not like he’s saving all the wedding band money for his own ring.
Browns fans are more focused on Watson potentially winning a Super Bowl ring for their franchise. Yet, while he has been playing better than most expected this season, that Super Bowl ring is still wishful thinking.
Watson’s time with Cleveland has been bumpy to say the least, with many fans before the season wondering if he was worth the price tag, not only because of his play but because of his off-the-field issues. In 2021, Watson faced multiple civil lawsuits accusing the Browns quarterback of sexual misconduct and assault during massage appointments.
Watson was never indicted on criminal charges and settled a majority of the civil lawsuits in 2022, with the remaining suits dismissed with prejudice earlier this year.
