Brad Pitt has found a new pad in Los Angeles.
Us Weekly can confirm that Pitt, 61, bought a $12 million renovated Spanish-style house in the Hollywood Hills community known as Outpost Estates. The actor purchased the home from The Killers guitarist Dave Keuning and his wife, Emilie Keuning.
The six-bedroom stucco home, which was built around 1989, has around 8,385 square feet. Per the listing, a double-height foyer contains wood-beam ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows. The living room features black steel French doors with a tin-panel ceiling and a sunflower motif.
Marci Kays and Jonathan Mogharrabi represented Pitt, while Sam Collins, David Parnes and James Harris represented the sellers of the home. Dave and Emilie bought the home from Grindr founder Joel Simkhai in 2021 for $9.6 million, per property records. Pitt also owns a home in Carmel Highlands purchased for $40 million in 2022. The next year, Pitt sold his $33 million house in Los Angeles’ Los Feliz neighborhood and purchased a $5.5 million mid-century home in the same area.
