Pregnancy comes with plenty of changes, and your skin is no exception. Between a growing belly, uncomfortable tightness and the possibility of stretch marks, keeping skin hydrated can feel like a full-time job. But Anne Hathaway has a particular favorite that’s earned a spot in her pregnancy routine: the Pure Mama Belly Oil.
The nourishing treatment is designed to hydrate stretching skin, improve elasticity and leave it feeling soft and smooth. And you don’t have to be expecting to enjoy its benefits, either, as it’s an easy way to give dry, thirsty skin a little extra TLC.

Hathaway opened up about the product in a YouTube video, calling it a “game-changer” during her pregnancy. The formula is packed with a cocktail of plant-based oils that deliver serious moisture without leaving skin feeling overly greasy. It combines sweet almond, coconut, avocado and jojoba oils, all rich in fatty acids that help nourish the skin and support its moisture barrier (especially helpful during pregnancy, when skin stretches and can start to feel dry, itchy or uncomfortably tight!).
Another reason to love it? You don’t have to be pregnant to reap the benefits. Although it’s designed with expecting moms in mind, you can use the oil all over your body, including your hips, thighs, chest and anywhere else that could use an extra dose of moisture. It also has a subtle scent with notes of coconut, almond and caramel, making application feel a little more luxurious. The brand recommends massaging it into skin twice daily and letting it absorb for a few minutes before getting dressed.
One Amazon shopper said it’s “worth the investment,” noting that it’s their “absolute go-to” during pregnancy. Another reviewer, who called it their “absolute favorite,” said they’d been using it since the beginning of their pregnancy and experienced no stretch marks.
Whether you’re expecting, navigating postpartum skin changes or simply looking for a nourishing body treatment, this celebrity-approved oil is worth a closer look.
