Exclusive | Lana Condor’s ‘non-negotiable’ wellness routine — including the libido booster in her supplement stack

News RoomBy News RoomApril 6, 20260 ViewsNo Comments

She’s starring in “Pretty Lethal” and “Coyote vs. Acme” and the new season of Netflix’s “XO, Kitty” this year, so it’s no wonder that Lana Condor could use an energy boost.

“I’m naturally a pretty energetic, bubbly person,” Condor, 28, told The Post.

“I’m definitely noticing as my hormones are changing, I have to work a little bit harder in my self-care practices to make sure that my energy levels are good and that my stamina is good, so I can show up for myself and for others in my life.”

Gen Z has been dubbed the “anxious generation,” thanks to their phone-based childhoods, constant pressure to project a perfect life on social media and mounting financial insecurity. Now add in the stress of Hollywood.

To stay calm and collected, Condor has devised a “non-negotiable” daily wellness routine that includes a stacked supplement regimen.

The “To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before” star gave The Post a peek into the healthy habits that she hopes propel her into her 30s.

Write on!

Condor rose to fame on the small screen, but she really found her voice on the page.

Journaling is how she begins her day. Just jotting down five sentences — a “brain dump,” if you will — provides her immense satisfaction.

She draws inspiration from her father, Bob, a journalist based in the Seattle area.

“He’s a stationery addict,” Condor revealed. “I grew up just loving stationery in general and then just loving writing and documenting because of my dad. Then I just kind of picked up the practice and never really stopped.”

She recommends selecting a “really pretty” journal and pen to jumpstart the habit.

“It’s my favorite thing in the world,” she enthused.

Daily pick-me-up

After writing in her journal and organizing her calendar, No. 3 on Condor’s morning to-do list is taking her supplements.

Her husband, the 32-year-old actor Anthony De La Torre, got her hooked on these nutritional sidekicks.

“This is his thing,” Condor explained.

“He does a lot of the research,” she added. “And [I’m] like, ‘If you tell me it’s gonna be good for me, I’ll take it!’”

Now, Condor has partnered with the dietary supplement company Thorne to promote its Women’s Libido Boost for better sexual desire, satisfaction and intimate vitality.

“I’m turning 30 next year,” Condor said. “I was just genuinely looking for something that could support this kind of new era of my life and of my natural aging process.”

She wanted a supplement focused on “overall vitality and wellness.”

“I didn’t realize that the health of your libido impacts other areas of your life, too, not just the sexy time,” she admitted.

In fact, a woman’s libido is a complex, fluctuating energy influenced by hormonal, physical, emotional and mental factors rather than just overall sex drive.

Besides libido boost, Condor’s Thorne supplement stack includes Basic B Complex, vitamin C, vitamin D + K2, ashwagandha, rhodiola and magnesium glycinate to help her sleep and reduce body tension.

Breathe easy

The rest of Condor’s morning routine consists of drinking matcha and going for a walk before hopping online to check emails and starting work.

She’s also embraced hot-cold therapy and lymphatic drainage, a massage technique used to decrease swelling and detoxify the body.

Three times a week, Condor undergoes hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT).

It involves breathing 100% pure oxygen in a pressurized chamber for an hour or two to increase blood oxygen, reduce inflammation, boost the immune system and promote healing.

“It’s a strange concept, too, because you’re just sitting in this compression [chamber], and you’re taking in a lot more oxygen than you typically do in just your average life,” she described. “I think that’s probably the most unusual wellness practice I do.”
