90 Day Fiancé’s Leida Margaretha listed Eric Rosenbrook as her “husband” in court documents months after dropping her effort to legally separate, Us Weekly can exclusively report.
On September 29, Margaretha, 36, filed court docs in her new criminal case over alleged identity theft, where she said her household consists of her and Rosenbrook, 47, whom she labeled as both her “husband” and “spouse.”
Margaretha also checked the box indicating she was married.
As Us first reported, Margaretha filed a petition for legal separation from Rosenbrook on July 28. The split came weeks after Rosenbrook was arrested for allegedly slapping Margaretha (he pleaded not guilty to charges of battery and disorderly conduct and his criminal case is pending), which was followed by the death of their newborn daughter, Alisa Rosenbrook.
Margaretha’s attorney, Taylor Hart, confirmed the tragic news to Us on July 18.
Hart said, “Sadly, on July 8, 2025, Alisa Rosenbrook (daughter of Eric and Leida) was removed from life support and passed away.”
“Today, the cause and manner of Alisa’s death are unknown. Leida is extremely distraught and is still seeking answers for herself.”
Hart added, There are many allegations of wrongdoing being levied against Leida. This is no surprise as she has endured years of unfounded negative publicity and social media attention since her appearance on 90 Day Fiancé in [2018]. Leida would have never harmed her child and she adamantly denies any allegations of wrongdoing.”
In her petition for legal separation, Margaretha listed the date of marriage as July 8, 2018. She said the marriage was “broken” and cited “too many domestic abuse events” as one of the reasons for the breakup. In addition, Margaretha was granted a temporary restraining order in July against Rosenbrook (which she later dropped).
On August 28, Margaretha and Rosenbrook informed the court that they wished to dismiss the legal separation case in its entirety, but did not provide any details regarding their reasoning.
In her recent court docs, Margaretha also revealed her financial situation. She said she is unemployed and has no income. Margaretha asked the court to appoint her a public defender.
She said she had $275 in the bank, $160 in cash and owned a 2018 Audi.
As Us previously reported, on September 22, prosecutors filed two felony charges against Margaretha for alleged identity theft.
In court documents, Margaretha is accused of making fraudulent transactions with her employers’ money in 2023. The prosecutors claim the 90 Day Fiancé alum used information she gained about a second business to make additional fraudulent charges.
The charges come weeks after Margaretha was arrested in July on charges of bond jumping. She denied the accusations and told the court it was a mistake with paperwork. The judge released her from custody but ordered her to surrender her passport.
Margaretha and Rosenbrook made their debut on season 6 of 90 Day Fiancé in 2018.
