What was so encouraging about the Yankees’ start

It is one game, and it will probably be forgotten in a month and certainly will be forgotten by October.

But Opening Day was a strong one for the Yankees, who survived behind a shaky Devin Williams in a 4-2 win over the Brewers in The Bronx on Thursday.
