Look what you made him do.
President Trump on Friday slammed two of New Jersey’s most famous faces — music icons Taylor Swift and Bruce Springsteen — as the Garden State dealt with a train strike that left 350,000 commuters scrambling for alternate transportation.
“Has anyone noticed that, since I said ‘I HATE TAYLOR SWIFT,’ she’s no longer ‘HOT?’” the president posted to Truth Social as he flew back to Washington from a four-day, three-country trip to the Middle East.
About an hour later, Trump called out “Highly Overrated” and “dumb as a rock” Springsteen for going “to a Foreign Country to speak badly about the President of the United States.”
“Never liked him, never liked his music, or his Radical Left Politics and, importantly, he’s not a talented guy — Just a pushy, obnoxious JERK, who fervently supported Crooked Joe Biden, a mentally incompetent FOOL, and our WORST EVER President, who came close to destroying our Country,” he posted to Truth Social.
“This dried out ‘prune’ of a rocker (his skin is all atrophied!) ought to KEEP HIS MOUTH SHUT until he gets back into the Country, that’s just ‘standard fare.’ Then we’ll all see how it goes for him!”
The Boss — who was born in Long Branch and raised in Freehold — criticized Trump’s administration as “corrupt, incompetent and treasonous” while kicking off the European leg of his “Land of Hope and Dreams” tour in Manchester, England, this week.
Swift, who cut her teeth performing at a coffee shop near her family’s vacation home in Stone Harbor, earned Trump’s ire last summer when she publicly endorsed then-Vice President Kamala Harris in the 2024 election.
