One former Giants fan favorite is getting a ring this year.
Maybe two, if he’s lucky.
Patriots quarterback Tommy DeVito and girlfriend Michayla Anja got engaged on Wednesday, he confirmed with an Instagram post Thursday night.
DeVito, 27, wore a white shirt, beige pants and Nikes as he got down on one knee while Anja wore a white dress for the photos.
The signal-caller proposed to his now-fiancée while overlooking the Atlantic Ocean at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort in Fort Lauderdale, Fla., before celebrating their love at a steakhouse, People reported.
Anja shared a photo of herself attending a Patriots game from a suite inside Gillette Stadium in October before sharing a photo with DeVito while on vacation in March.
DeVito first appeared to share his relationship with Anja in an April 1 post.
DeVito, a Don Bosco Prep product and Livingston, N.J., native, became a Giants fan favorite in 2023 when he stepped into the starting quarterback role thanks to injuries to Daniel Jones and Tyrod Taylor.
He filled in admirably, going 3-3 as a starter with 1,101 passing yards and eight touchdown passes against three interceptions.
DeVito, thanks to his Italian heritage, earned the nickname “Tommy Cutlets” as his hand-pinching celebration went viral.
Local delis capitalized on “Cutlet Mania,” and his family even tailgated at MetLife Stadium with pasta, and you guessed it, chicken cutlets.
He started just two games in 2024 before the Giants released him last summer.
He then caught on with the AFC Champion Patriots, but did not play in a game on their road to the Super Bowl.
He did, however, earn a two-year, $7.4 million extension this offseason.
DeVito said in the lead-up to the Super Bowl that he was happy to have his Giants moment, but that’s now in the past.
“That was cool and fun, but that’s a Jersey, New York thing, if you will,” DeVito said at Super Bowl 2026 Opening Night. “That’s going to be tied to that. Mainly, because I’m from there. That was one of the most special teams in my life — and I love it every time I go back — but this is a different version of myself, and I’m happy with that.”
