The Valley’s Jason Caperna is done being Mr. Nice Guy.
In Us Weekly’s exclusive sneak peek of the Tuesday, June 3, episode of Bravo’s reality show, the cast member who always seems to stay above the drama finds himself in a confrontation with Jasmine Goode.
“I’m really confused about a lot of stuff,” he asks his costar at Brittany Cartwright’s beach party. “What’s going on?”
After a rumor circulated in last week’s episode that Jason, 41, doesn’t wear his wedding ring when he’s out on the town with his guy friends, Jasmine, 37, tried to explain that it wasn’t that serious.
“The ring thing, I heard it years ago,” she shares with Jason and his wife, Janet Carpena, in Tuesday’s episode. “I didn’t care then and I don’t care now. I heard it from a group of friends. I’m not a snitch. I’m not snitching on people. There was something going on. [My fiancée] Melissa [Marie] heard it too, a lot of people did, and I didn’t care.”
The only problem is Jason and Janet, 40, believe Jasmine is the one who brought up the rumor in the first place.
When confronted with the allegation, Jasmine appears to get just a little bit defensive.
“Janet, I need you to shut up,” she shouts. “You have been a s***yass friend. You’re a f***ing vibe killer. You’re exhausting. You give Karen energy and I’m f***ing done with it. We’re done.”
While Jasmine walks away, Jason isn’t satisfied and still has something to get off his chest.
Before leaving the event with his wife, the full-time lawyer has one final message to share with the group about Jasmine.
“Everyone needs to know this,” he tells the cast, including guest stars Lala Kent and Scheana Shay. “This is the fakest, most two-faced [person]. I looked out for you. I looked out for you forever. I’ve always looked at you as a sister. You have broken my heart.”
While fans will have to watch the drama unfold, both Janet and Jason assured Us that their marriage is stronger than ever when season 2 of The Valley premiered in April.
“We talked right then on camera about it,” Janet exclusively shared with Us. “We had pillow talk about it later. We’re lucky. We have a very strong foundation in our relationship. We’ve never had issues like that.”
Jason added, “We get it out. It’s kind of our personalities too, to just kinda get those things out and not hold it in and that’s really helped.”
The Valley airs on Bravo Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET followed by Next Gen NYC. Stream old episodes anytime on Peacock.
