It was an OG onslaught. An Anunoby attack. Whatever you want to call it, it quickly sank the Hawks and helped the Knicks to a series-clinching Game 6 demolition in Atlanta.

And frankly, it should change the way we think about the talented forward.

Behind 26 first-half points from OG Anunoby — and a 63-11 Knicks run that stretched from the first quarter into the second — the Knicks thrashed the Hawks, 140-89, on Thursday night.

New York’s 47-point halftime lead was the largest in NBA history — and Anunoby, who finished the game with 29 points on 79 percent shooting — was at the heart of a victory that saw the Knicks lead by as many as 60 points.
