The Jets went out and got their quarterback, but what they do next is even more vital

The Jets’ big move of the offseason has been signing free agent quarterback Justin Fields.

Now, the question is: What are they going to do to help him?

At the moment, the Jets don’t have much in the department of playmakers. It is Garrett Wilson, Breece Hall and … a lot of unproven players.

At wide receiver, they have Wilson and then question marks. Let’s remove Allen Lazard from the scenario because I don’t think there is any way he will be on the roster when the season gets here. My guess is the Jets are waiting for Aaron Rodgers to sign somewhere, and then they will try to trade Lazard to that team.
