The Bachelor alum Daisy Kent and her boyfriend, Thor Herbst, have taken the next step in their relationship.
“Me and Thor are now roommates,” Kent, 26, said in a Saturday, March 1, TikTok video. “We’ll see how that goes.”
Kent further joked that her social media followers “will probably be seeing a lot more” of Herbst in the background when she shares content online.
“We have just moved in [and] we’re, like, still moving in,” Kent explained of Herbst’s residence in Las Vegas. “We did a road trip with a bunch of my stuff from L.A. and then I flew up a couple days ago, brought a bunch more stuff and then doing another road trip on like Monday or Tuesday, where I’m going to bring a lot more of my stuff.”
While Kent and Herbst initially met during college, they only started dating in April 2024.
“I remember when I first met Thor in college. He was like, ‘I’m from Las Vegas,’ and I was like, ‘Who lives in Las Vegas?’” the Minnesota native recalled. “And now, here I am. The plan was when the house was done, I was always going to move here — and now the house is done. So, now I’m here.”

Us Weekly broke the news in April 2024 that Kent had started dating Herbst several months after season 28 of The Bachelor aired. (During the season, Kent was a front-runner on Joey Graziadei’s season, but she ultimately opted to self-eliminate during the final rose ceremony when she realized how much Graziadei, 29, loved her friend Kelsey Anderson. They are currently engaged.)
“[Daisy and Thor] met in college at San Diego State University and reconnected after she left the show,” a source exclusively told Us at the time. “He reached out to her first, and it’s been going really well.”
Kent and Herbst initially dated during college for a brief period.
“We didn’t date for very long, but we were always really good friends after, and our whole college friend group is super close,” she recalled on the “Scrubbing In” podcast in May 2024. “We just weren’t at a place to have a relationship, and I think at the time we were both just very college. And just wanted to have fun.”
After Kent came off The Bachelor, Herbst got in touch again.
“It wasn’t until after the show that we decided to try to give it a go — and we’re giving it a go and it’s going good,” Kent explained, further noting how Herbst is adjusting to the limelight. “I called him before I was coming here, I was just like, ‘I might get asked about it. Do you want me to not say anything?’ He’s like, ‘Whatever you want to share. But if you ever feel uncomfortable, just say that’s between me and him,’” she said. “So he’s very supportive of what I want to do and all of this too, but he never ever thought this would happen.”
