There’s no let up in Soho’s retail leasing momentum. We’ve learned that Fujifilm signed a lease at Comjen Associates’ 210 Lafayette St., where it will occupy 12,700 square feet on three levels behind 68 feet of sidewalk windows.
The space was vacant except for pop-ups since custom upholstery brand Mitchell Gold — Bob Williams moved out in 2023.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Andrew Kahn and Matt Weinreb worked both sides of the Fujifilm deal.
The Japanese photography brand’s signing occurs as Soho’s third-quarter asking rents rose 4.1 % over 2025 and an incredible 47% over the past five years, according to Cushman & Wakefield.
Last week, an even larger deal was done when South Korean eyewear brand Gentle Monster took more than 29,000 square feet in part of the former REI space at Kushner Companies’ Puck Building.
