Robyn Dixon is completely confused by the season 3 Traitors’ gameplay.
“Watching the Traitors, I’m like, ‘OK, you all are a hot mess,’” Robyn, 45, exclusively shared with Us Weekly on Friday, January 24. “I actually messaged Carolyn [Wiger] last night. I’m like, ‘You all are a hot mess. Why did you murder me? But you’re a hot mess,’ and you can just see that it’s going to implode, but it’s very compelling television.”
Carolyn, 38, Danielle Reyes and Rob “Boston Rob” Mariano have been given the task to be Traitors and murder their Faithful cast members one by one.
Earlier in the season, Boston Rob, 29, shocked fans when he persuaded the cast to murder fellow Traitor Bob the Drag Queen.
“Boston Rob really blew things up,” Robyn shared with Us after being murdered on the Thursday, January 23, episode. “He took a wrong step, I think, in getting rid of Bob the Drag Queen, but I understood why he got rid of Bob the Drag Queen because Bob the Drag Queen was dominating everything, and I think Boston Rob needed him out of his way.”
Robyn, who previously appeared on The Real Housewives of Potomac, said she would have absolutely put Boston Rob in the hot seat if she was able to stay longer for more roundtables.
“I was so mad that I wasn’t there because I was convinced that Boston Rob was a Traitor and I was so ready to get him out at the roundtable,” she said. “I had also shifted my thinking away from the people in the caskets as being Traitors because I just really stepped back and I was like, ‘Why would the Traitors put themselves in a casket or a coffin or whatever to draw attention to themselves?”
In a previous episode, the Traitors chose three people to lie in a casket. Two would survive while the other would be eliminated from the game.
After Jeremy Collins was murdered, several Faithful cast members incorrectly speculated that the other two chosen for the task — Nikki Garcia and Ciara Miller — could be Traitors.
“I would’ve been able to be at the roundtable to kind of shift everyone’s thinking away from the coffin people Nikki and Ciara and towards Boston Rob,” Robyn said. “I was super frustrated that I was not there to do it. I was going to make it happen.”
While Robyn plans to keep watching to see how the game unfolds, she believes Carolyn is going to go far “because she was so under the radar.”
At the same time, Dylan Efron’s loyalty to Danielle, 53, may have an impact.
“He trusts Danielle and since Danielle planted that seed and Dylan’s hinted about Carolyn, that might be Carolyn’s downfall,” she speculated. “I got to see how it happens though.”
New episodes of The Traitors will be released on Peacock Thursdays until March 6.
