Los Angeles Rams star wide receiver Puka Nacua’s ex-girlfriend, Hallie Aiono (who’s the mother of Nacua’s son, Kingston) made an emotional TikTok post on July 12 that detailed that has been a harrowing past year of her life.
“I never cheated [on Nacua]. I never questioned who the father was,” Aiono said at one point in the podcast. There were reports that Nacua did paternity test to confirm whether Aiono’s child was his.
“While I was trying to figure out how I was going to bring my son into the world, three grown men decided to use my life as entertainment, and post about me on their podcast,” Aiono started the video by saying.
She’s referring to a July 2025 episode of “The Pivot” podcast where Ryan Clark, Channing Crowder, and Fred Taylor discussed Aiono and Nacua’s paternity situation. Taylor insinuated that Aiono had cheated because she didn’t know whether Nacua was the father of her then-unborn child.
“I pray that’s not your baby,” Ryan Clark said at one point in the podcast. The baby was confirmed to be Nacua’s afterwards.
“A year ago from today, three retired, old, NFL guys decided to talk about me on their podcast, and talked about me in a very disgusting and viral way. They painted me as this s***, this w****. They made jokes about how I didn’t know who the father was, and how dumb I was, and how I had one job,” she continued.
“They talked about me as if they knew me… And a year later, I am still healing from it. What they didn’t know and what the world didn’t know… I wasn’t receiving the financial, emotional, physical support that I needed.
“To be so honest, I am surprised that I am even here. I did not want to live anymore. Watching these men use their very public platform to talk about me in such a terrible way. I was already at such a vulnerable and lonely place in life, being pregnant and doing this all alone, watching this podcast just amplified the rumors and the headlines about me was very hard,” Aiono added.
This was clearly a dark time in Aiono’s life, and she deserves a lot of credit for being able to speak openly about it.
The fact that she mentioned she wasn’t getting financial support is sure to raise eyebrows.
