The Commanders rise and the 49ers and Jets fall in The Post’s post-NFL draft Power Rankings:
1. Philadelphia Eagles
Have more than enough, especially in the trenches, to weather the departures of Josh Sweat and Mekhi Becton.
2. Baltimore Ravens
Malaki Starks and Mike Green will give Lamar Jackson more opportunities.
3. Buffalo Bills
MVP Josh Allen allows you to infuse fresh blood into your defense early and often.
4. Kansas City Chiefs
Patrick Mahomes and Andy Reid haven’t gone anywhere and WR Rashee Rice will be back.
5. Los Angeles Rams
Matthew Stafford will be throwing to Puka Nakua and Davante Adams and handing off to Kyren Williams and a young, growing defense means business.
6. Detroit Lions
Aidan Hutchinson and a scary offense return, but OC Ben Johnson and DC Aaron Glenn won’t be easy for Dan Campbell to replace.
7. Washington Commanders
Jayden Daniels will now be protected by LT Laremy Tunsil and Deebo Samuel takes heat off Terry McLaurin.
8. HoustonTexans
C.J. Stroud and Nico Collins welcome WRs Jayden Higgins and Jalin Noel with Stefon Diggs in New England and Tank Dell rehabbing, but will the offensive line cooperate?
9. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Baker Mayfield’s new toy Emeka Egbuka joins Mike Evans and Chris Godwin.
10. Green Bay Packers
No.1 draft burner Matthew Golden gives Jordan Love a vertical threat to complement Jayden Reed.
11. Denver Broncos
Bo Nix and Sean Payton enter their second season together with new RB RJ Harvey and a formidable defense.
12. Los Angeles Chargers
Jim Harbaugh gets Justin Herbert a sidekick for Ladd McConkey in No. 2 WR Tre Harris after adding No. 1 RB Omarion Hampton and RB Najee Harris in free agency.
13. Arizona Cardinals
You can fortify your defense (Walter Nolan, Will Johnson) when you have Kyler Murray throwing to Trey McBride and a second-year Marvin Harrison Jr. and handing off to James Conner.
14. Cincinnati Bengals
Joe Burrow will be slinging it to Ja’Marr Chase and Tee Higgins if sack champion Trey Hendrickson is traded.
15. Pittsburgh Steelers
This assumes that Aaron Rodgers will be throwing to D.K. Metcalf.
16. Chicago Bears
Caleb Williams will love No. 1 draft TE Colston Loveland and No. 2 WR Luther Burden II since his upgraded offensive line will keep him upright.
17. Seattle Seahawks
Top pick G/T Grey Zabel helps protect Sam Darnold so he can target to Jaxon Smith-Njigba and Cooper Kupp, while DeMarcus Lawrence bookends Leonard Williams in front of a talent-laden secondary.
18. Minnesota Vikings
The offensive line has been dramatically upgraded and Justin Jefferson heads a quarterback-friendly group of weapons, but J.J. McCarthy will endure growing pains.
19. San Francisco 49ers
Kyle Shanahan and Brock Purdy will need a healthy Christian McCaffrey to help DC Robert Saleh who has a defense in flux looking to overachieve.
20. Dallas Cowboys
Even with stars like Micah Parsons and CeeDee Lamb, Coach-GM Jerry Jones will serve as a reminder to Brian Schottenheimer that what can go wrong will go wrong.
21. Atlanta Falcons
No. 1 draft picks Jalon Walker and Michael Pearce Jr. should juice the moribund pass rush but all those offensive weapons will be at the mercy of Michael. Penix Jr.
22. Las Vegas Raiders
Pete Carroll and Geno Smith will ride Ashton Jeanty but that is one foreboding division.
23. New England Patriots
Mike Vrabel got Drake Maye a Protector (No. 1 LT Will Campbell) and a bevy of playmakers (Stefon Diggs, No. 2 draft RB TreVeyon Henderson and No. 3 WR Kyle Williams).
24. Jacksonville Jaguars
If new head coach Liam Coen can’t get the best out of Trevor Lawrence, maybe Travis Hunter opposite Brian Thomas Jr. can.
25. Indianapolis Colts
No. 1 TE Tyler Warren provides a security blanket for Daniel Jones and Anthony Richardson and Charvarius Ward and Cam Bynum upgrade the secondary.
26. New York Giants
Abdul Carter will juice the pass rush no matter what number he wears, but Brian Daboll will have to try to squeeze whatever is left out of Russell Wilson.
27. New York Jets
Aaron Glenn will make them a tough outfit, but Justin Fields needs more than Garrett Wilson when he isn’t using his legs.
28. Cleveland Browns
GM Andrew Berry aced the draft after trading away the chance to draft Travis Hunter, but . . .Joe Flacco, Kenny Pickett, Dillon Gabriel and yes! Shedeur Sanders.
29. Miami Dolphins
LT Terron Armstead has retired and Jalen Ramsey and Tyreek Hill could be traded.
30. Carolina Panthers
No. 1 WR Teitairoa McMillan gives Bryce Young a 6-4 target and Chuba Hubbard will try to help keep a defense lacking pass rush off the field.
31. Tennessee Titans
Cam Ward will have time to throw but only Calvin Ridley and maybe Tyler Lockett to throw to.
32. New Orleans Saints
New HC Kellen Moore doesn’t know whether his quarterback will be Derek Carr or Spencer Rattler or newly-drafted Tyler Shough. Cam Jordan and Demario Davis are getting long in the tooth.
