Ciara Miller addressed the status of her friendship with former Summer House costar Paige DeSorbo after being questioned by a fan.
“You did not post for Paige’s bday are y’all still besties?” an Instagram user asked Miller, 30, in the comments section of her Thursday, November 5, Instagram upload.
In response, Miller brushed off the speculation and replied: “I have her number …”
Miller, DeSorbo, 34, and Amanda Batula formed a close friendship during their time on the hit Bravo show. DeSorbo surprised Summer House viewers when she announced her exit in June 2025 after six years.
“I have a little life update for you: I’ve made the decision not to return to Summer House,” she wrote in an Instagram statement after season 9 ended. “Being a part of this show has been one of the most rewarding chapters of my life — the friendships, the drama, the giggles, all unforgettable.”
DeSorbo later explained that she knew deep down it was right to leave before season 10.
“I’d like to say that I made this decision over months and months of thinking, and that is partially true,” she said on an episode of the “Bravo by Gays” podcast in August 2025. “I definitely felt different leaving last summer. There was something where I, like, had this gut feeling [of], ‘This is probably the last time I’ll ever leave this house.’”
Miller, meanwhile, admitted it felt “different” filming without DeSorbo, telling Us in November 2025, “The first couple [of] weeks [of filming without Paige] we looked at each other and we were like, ‘Should we dip? Should we get out of here?’ But we stuck it out. I mean, we had each other, which was amazing, obviously.”
The reality star then experienced a fracture in her friendship with Batula, 35, who confirmed her romance with their costar West Wilson in March after initially denying they were dating. (Miller had an on-off relationship with Wilson, 31, while Batula was previously married to Kyle Cooke.)
“Just know when something’s weird in your gut, there’s a reason. What’s done in the dark always comes to light,” Miller told Glamour in April about the drama. “And sometimes you really don’t even have to do anything except sit back and let the universe handle it all.”
Miller specifically called out Batula’s behavior, saying their last conversation was “minimal.”
“At the end of the day, a guy’s a guy. Whether or not West and I are working on a relationship, you just can’t put anything past a man,” she said. “But I just never would think that it would come from someone like Amanda, who has been what has felt like in my circle and in my corner for so long. I think that’s the craziest part.”
DeSorbo, for her part, showed support for Miller amid the relationship drama.
