The Chargers game ranks as one of the least-expensive home openers with the Jets and Titans matchup being the lowest at $21.
News of the cheap tickets, to no one’s surprise, brought the trolls out on social media. One such person dropped a hystical take, referencing dollar stores.
“Wait till 2 hours till kick off. They are free with a $10 purchase at dollar tree,” one X user posted.
The low ticket prices may be because of the Chargers’ Week 1 opponent in Arizona. The Cardinals are poised to be one of the worst NFL teams this season.
Regardless, the Chargers have several question marks as the team look to get its first playoff win in the Jim Harbaugh era. A strong showing against the Cardinals would be a good first step toward the ultimate goal for LA.
