4 Men Arrested in Connection With Shooting of 49ers Player Keion White at Super Bowl Party

San Francisco police have arrested four men in connection with the shooting of 49ers defensive lineman Keion White hours after Super Bowl 60 in February.

Gregory Walker, a 36-year-old Mountain House, California, resident and 35-year-old Curtis Green, of Irvine, made their first court appearance on Wednesday, October 14, at San Francisco’s Hall of Justice, reports local station KQED.

San Francisco District Attorney Brooke Jenkins announced that Walker has been charged with felony assault with a semi-automatic firearm, possession of a firearm by a felon, possession of a concealed firearm by a felon and possession of a loaded firearm by a felon. He is being held without bail at San Francisco County Jail.

A judge ordered Green to be released from custody following Wednesday’s hearing because he has only been charged with misdemeanors in connection with the shooting, per KQED. Green is facing criminal counts for brandishing a firearm, carrying a concealed firearm and carrying a loaded firearm in public.

A press release from the San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) confirmed that two other suspects — Marquis Davis and Antoine Washington — have also been apprehended. Authorities are in the process of having them extradited to the Bay Area to face charges.

Davis, 38, was taken into custody at his Atlanta residence on October 7 on a warrant related to the shooting after investigators allegedly found “an illegal firearm, 820 grams of MDMA, 1,026 grams of methamphetamine, 979 grams of cocaine, and 3,842 grams of fentanyl” at the scene, the SFPD said.

Washington, 36, was apprehended in Stockton, California, later that same day on a warrant in the shooting case, with the SFPD claiming officers allegedly confiscated “a loaded firearm, over 120 oxycodone pills, and approximately $6,691 in currency” during their investigation.

Police said that they confiscated “multiple firearms and nearly 15 lbs. of narcotics” as part of an eight-month investigation that spanned several law enforcement agencies.

“The arrests were conducted as part of operation ‘D-Line,’ a months-long investigation involving over 50 search warrants and assistance from over 250 law enforcement personnel nationwide. SFPD obtained four no-bail arrest warrants for four suspects, which officers executed between Oct. 7 and Oct. 9,” a SFPD briefing read.

Following Wednesday’s hearing, Walker’s attorney, Jeff Wozniak, told the media that his client is “a family man.”

“We’re gonna show that he’s innocent, get him back to his family,” the lawyer vowed.

Attorneys for the three other suspects have yet to publicly comment.

The alleged shooting incident occurred hours after the Seattle Seahawks beat the New England Patriots, 29-13, in Super Bowl 60 at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, on February 8.

White, 27, had posted photos of himself from inside Levi’s Stadium during the game. He later hosted a Super Bowl after-party at the Dahlia Club, located in the 1700 block of Mission Street.

“According to court documents, on February 9, 2026, following the Super Bowl, 49er player Keion White was shot in the ankle while he was hosting a private party in the downstairs VIP area of the Dahlia Club,” a statement from Jenkins’ office read. “Mr. Walker, and a second man who is pending charges, are alleged to have fired their guns, resulting in the injury to Mr. White. Mr. Green was also armed and is alleged to have brandished his own firearm.”

The 49ers statement confirmed on February 10 that White had undergone surgery for a non-career threatening injury.

“Keion White was a victim of a shooting and sustained a bullet wound to his ankle this morning in San Francisco,” the NFL franchise’s statement read. “He is currently undergoing surgery at a local hospital. We will provide further updates when appropriate.”

White subsequently made a full recovery and has played in all five games of the 2026 NFL season thus far.

Speaking to the New York Times in September, White said his recovery from the shooting was “different” than rehabbing any normal injury.

“It’s trauma instead of just, like, breaking an ankle with a sports-related injury,” he said. “When you hurt yourself in football, there’s a protocol for damn near everything. Football players don’t just get shot every day.”

He jokingly added, “I mean, I guess they do on this team.”

Green and Walker are due back in court on Monday, October 19, for an arraignment. Neither man has entered a plea yet.
