WASHINGTON — Kristi Noem has filed for divorce from her husband Bryon, citing irreconcilable differences months after a bombshell report detailed his affinity for “bimbofication” fetish models.
The former South Dakota governor and Homeland Security secretary filed Monday in Hamlin County Court in her home state.
The couple have been married since 1992 and have three children.
In late March, days after Noem was fired as DHS chief by President Trump, the Daily Mail reported that Bryon Noem regularly chatted up women from the so-called “bimbofication” fetish scene, in which adult performers augment their breasts with massive amounts of saline to achieve a “Barbie doll”-like appearance.
Citing “hundreds” of messages purportedly sent to three models, the Mail reported that Byron Noem claimed to covet “huge, huge ridiculous boobs” — and even shared a photo of himself wearing pink hot pants and a flesh-colored, well-endowed bodysuit.
A rep for Noem told The Post that the time that she was “devastated” by the revelation, adding: “The family was blindsided by this, and they ask for privacy and prayers at the time.”
Noem, 54, has had her own personal scandal to contend with in the form of a longtime romance with former Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski, who is married and has four children.
The two have continued to pursue a romantic relationship, sources told The Post, with the duo spotted biking and canoodling along the shores of Lake Minnetonka in Minnesota last month.
