As a shopping editor, I spend most of my day covering fashion, testing products and gushing over them. The other part of my job? Covering my favorite stylish finds, especially when they go on major sale. And in case you haven’t heard, Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days sale is officially back! And everyone at Us Weekly is counting down the days until we can browse the long-awaited shopping event. I couldn’t help myself, so I scoured its early deals hub, and landed on these impressive rich mom discounts that deserve a spot in your closet.

Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days is set for October 6 and 7, bringing with it incredible fashion deals on the coolest finds and the lowest prices. I would know, I shop for a living. I browsed page after page to scour the best early October Prime Day deals live, including discounts on trendy knit dresses, sleek boots, upscale-looking purses and everything in between. Oh, and the brands? Yeah, they’re pretty sweet, too. I’m talking about sales on Kate Spade, Free People, Gap, Levi’s and beyond.

17 Editor-Approved Amazon October Prime Day Deals

1. My Favorite: While it’s not quite fall as yet, that’s not stopping me from wanting in on the seasonal look. This cozy knit cardigan provides the best of both worlds; you can wear it over your shoulders right now, and then solo when the crisp air makes an appearance — was $37, now $18!

2. Fall Staple: If you’re as obsessed with Gilmore Girls as I am, you’ll recognize this classic cable knit sweater. Fans compare it to the one Rory, Alexis Bledel‘s character, wore in the pilot, and I think it’s pretty spot on — was $55, now $45!

3. Major Markdown: Hold the phone! This Michael Kors crossbody bag is literally 70% off. I know, it might be a little hard to wrap your head around that, but unwind that noggin and add this baby to your cart ASAP. You’ll never find such a chic bag at such a steep discount — was $228, now $69!

4. Holiday Hit: Before you know it, you’ll be planning your fall outfits around Thanksgiving and Christmas events, which is why this elegant-looking maxi dress needs to be on your radar. The soft knit material, flattering fabric belt and pleated skirt make it look ten times the price — was $58, now $46!

5. Pretty Pick: Everyone has been loving these lace-trim sneakers, which give the sporty shoe a dainty twist. These even come with little ribbons in lieu of laces — was $90, now $45!

6. Rich Mom: You wouldn’t see a wealthy socialite wearing an Apple Watch out in public. Instead, they’ll probably be wearing something like this Anne Klein bracelet watch, which feels very old money — was $75, now $33!

7. Everyday Essential: Meet the new go-to fall bag that you’ll wear to work, classy events and brunches. The roomy Kate Spade bag is made with fine-grain leather and comes in a rich brown fudge hue that will elevate any outfit you have on — was $398, now $239!

8. Playful Pattern: Don’t be surprised to see every cool girl wearing plaid this fall. This chic shirtdress leans into the trend while also giving you a flattering silhouette, thanks to the waist-cinching belt — was $53, now $37!

9. Elevated Appeal: Classic Adidas sneakers are a celebrity favorite but these VL Court shoes take things to new heights (literally). The platform bottom gives you a few inches, and the suede design feels on brand for fall — was $80, now $56!

10. Laid-Back Luxe: Need something to wear while lounging at home and busy-bodying around town? Opt for this easy two-piece set that looks good enough to wear out the house yet feels like pajamas — was $55, now $27!

11. Quite the Charmer: I can’t get over how gorgeous this floral mini dress is. Its loose, lightweight and figure-flattering, which makes it the ultimate trifecta — was $50, now $30!

12. Top Seller: With over 3,400 five-star ratings, it’s clear that Amazon shoppers are fawning over this trendy long-sleeved top. The bell sleeves really make it stand out from the rest — was $20, now $10!

13. Mix and Match: Whether you wear these fall-ready boots with jeans or dresses, you’re bound to look like the most stylish woman in the room. I’m very into the brown toffee leather, however, it also comes in black, red and animal-print styles — was $129, now $77!

14. Boho Babe: Leave it to Free People to deliver a free-spirited dress that works for late-summer and fall. This pretty autumnal pattern and color palette looks great alone or layered under a sweater — was $168, now $84!

15. Celeb-Approved: All the most fashionable celebrities love Levi’s. In fact, Dakota Johnson was seen at the U.S. Open sporting these classic 501 Jeans, and now I suddenly need a pair — was $98, now $46!

16. Top Seller: Want the bestselling knit top Amazon shoppers can’t stop buying? This popular style feels soft and cozy on the body, however, the short sleeves prevent overheating on late-summer days — was $37, now $18!

17. Comfort MVP: Some people refuse to wear denim because of the tight, tummy-pinching design, which is why Gap delivered a pair that actually feels like loungewear. The elastic waistband, drawstring closure and loose silhouette is everything.
