The Jonas Brothers Revive 2008 Tour Outfits for ‘Burning Up Tour All Over Again’ in NYC

News RoomBy News RoomAugust 21, 20262 ViewsNo Comments

The Jonas Brothers gave Us a major blast from the past during their latest concert in New York City.

Joe Jonas, Nick Jonas and Kevin Jonas revived their 2008 Burning Up Tour costumes for their Burning Up Tour All Over Again. During opening night at Madison Square Garden on Thursday, August 20, the trio wore the exact same suits they wore on the OG stage nearly 20 years earlier.

Joe, 37, rocked the same gray blazer with black lining and lime green shirt underneath. Nick, 33, meanwhile, looked dapper in a gray pinstripe suit, a blue dress shirt and a Burberry tie, reminiscent of his tweed suit and Burberry tie from 2008. Kevin, 38, who wore a gray vest and pale blue shirt in 2008, rocked a charcoal vest and white long-sleeve tee.

While introducing the show, Joe joked that they took their old costumes out of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.

“As you can tell, we got these outfits,” he said. “The funniest thing about that joke is that these outfits were not in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame.”

Nick then chimed in and pointed out that their outfits aren’t there “yet,” and Joe agreed.

“Still waiting on that call,” he quipped.

Elsewhere during the show, Joe changed into a fan-favorite tank, which he also wore during their 2008 tour. The piece featured “Burning Up” written in flames across his chest.

The Jonas Brothers announced the Burning Up Tour All Over Again via Instagram in July. “THE BURNING UP TOUR. ALL OVER AGAIN. We’re running it back for two special nights at Madison Square Garden,” they captioned the post, adding, “The Burning Up Tour changed our lives and we can’t wait to relive it with all of you in a place that means so much to us.”

While the brothers originally only planned two nights at the iconic NYC arena, they later added a third show “because of your incredible response.”

After even more demand, they announced earlier this month that they are expanding the tour across the nation. “We can’t wait to bring THE BURNING UP TOUR ALL OVER AGAIN across North America,” the group shared via social media. “It’s a celebration of the songs, the memories, and everything that made the burning up era so special, ALL OVER AGAIN.”
