Prince William and Kate Middleton Enjoy Family Day With All 3 Kids at 2026 Commonwealth Games

News RoomBy News RoomAugust 1, 20261 ViewsNo Comments

Prince William and Princess Kate Middleton enjoyed a full family outing with their three children at the 2026 Commonwealth Games.

William and Kate, both 44, stepped out at the Track Cycling competition at The Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland, on Saturday, August 1, with their kids — Prince George, 13, Princess Charlotte, 11, and Prince Louis, 7 — in tow.

The Princess of Wales looked effortlessly chic in an emerald-green blazer over a black-and-white striped sweater and flowy, pleated ivory skirt, which complemented Charlotte’s white-and-black polka dot dress. William, for his part, sported a navy suit without a tie, while his sons each donned Polo button-downs with navy trousers.

Just weeks earlier, William and Kate brought George and Charlotte to the final day of the Wimbledon tennis tournament.

“I think it means a lot to the players and to tennis fans to see the royal family at Wimbledon,” tennis legend Andy Murray told Hello! last month, referring to Kate’s patronage of the famed tennis club. “It’s part of the tradition of Wimbledon and the fans really like that, especially the overseas fans. She is definitely a tennis fan and she plays a bit herself, I think.”

Kate attended Wimbledon shortly after completing the National Three Peaks Challenge, a mountaineering feat across mountains in England, Scotland and Wales, as her undisclosed form of cancer remains in remission.

“I have taken on the National Three Peaks Challenge, not simply as a physical endeavor but as a chance to explore life beyond diagnosis and to give something back,” Kate wrote via Instagram in June. “The Royal Marsden [hospital] is a place that holds great meaning for me and whose care and expertise are life changing for so many people. Through this challenge, I want to raise awareness for the deeper impact of serious illness and the importance of holistic healthcare.”

The duchess was diagnosed in 2024, subsequently undergoing chemotherapy as treatment. She confirmed in January 2025 that she is cancer-free.

“Cancer doesn’t just affect the body. It changes how you think and feel and profoundly affects every aspect of life,” Kate concluded in her June upload. “I know this personally, and that the journey through and beyond treatment requires more than medicine alone.”

When Kate completed the mountain challenge, the Prince of Wales brought their kids to the base to greet her. Kate’s parents, Michael and Carole Middleton, and her brother, James Middleton, were also present.

“I’m so incredibly proud of my darling sister ❤️⛰️,” James, 39, wrote via Instagram at the time, celebrating Kate’s accomplishments. “Two years ago, I told you we’d climb this mountain together. We talked about climbing mountains while you were in hospital, and about the incredible healing power that nature can have for both the body and the mind. It was such an honor to join you for your Three Peaks Challenge for the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. Seeing how far you’ve come is nothing short of inspiring.”
