Kendall Toole isn’t banning creatine anytime soon.

The Peloton instructor-turned-social media sensation went viral earlier this year for a resurfaced video of her booting an at-home user with an inappropriate username from her class.

“Get ’em banned. We don’t do that here,” she bluntly declared in the shocking clip, which racked up millions of views.

Since her departure from Peloton in June 2024, Toole has built a massive audience online who have responded to her candor. They have migrated to her self-founded fitness app, NKO Club, where she shares exercise, lifestyle and nutrition recommendations.

She’s unapologetically bold and outspoken — which is why we tapped her for some of her favorite fitness essentials of the moment.

Creatine has become a “non-negotiable” for Toole, who recently partnered with Create Wellness on their “Do More” campaign.

“As both an athlete and a builder, I’m constantly asking a lot of my body and mind, so I rely on supplements that support more than just muscle,” she explained. “I use creatine for cognitive function, muscle health and recovery, and sustained energy throughout the day.”

A recent study demonstrates that creatine may also boast positive mental health benefits. According to the review, published in Genomic Press’ Brain Medicine, a group of women with depression who took five grams of creatine per day, on top of the antidepressant escitalopram, saw improvement in their overall well-being after eight weeks.

Below, Toole dishes on her favorite creatine product — plus more of her lifestyle go-tos.

“The formula is of the highest quality, the taste is incredible, and the convenient formats make it easy to stay consistent. I’ve truly noticed a difference in how I perform, recover and show up in every aspect of my life,” Toole gushed.

The social media star typically takes three blue raspberry gummies, first thing in the morning with her cold brew, then mixes a Creatine + Electrolytes stick pack into her water before training.

“They are a great quality weight and a wonderful starting point for anyone beginning their strength journey. I use these in the NKO App for Pilates and beginner workouts!” said Toole.

“Not surprising at all, I am an iced coffee freak. Shockingly, I never liked coffee until moving to NYC and learned quickly it became my lifeblood to keep on the NYC pace and grind,” Toole dished.

“Nespresso is my daily go-to. I get weird looks when I say I like my coffee black and straight. Maybe they expect a fake blonde California girl like me to want matcha mixed with sugar and an alternative milk, but I’m a purist for a quality, strong and smooth black coffee. My only vice is that I do need it iced.”

“While this is definitely an investment product, sleep is the most essential piece of my recovery, and the way my rest has changed since getting the Eight Sleep is truly game-changing,” said Toole. “Because I am so active, I sleep quite hot, and being able to cool and warm my bed to ensure I stay asleep is amazing. I am finally getting the best sleep of my life, no matter how tough my day is, and I’m able to create more classes and content on my app.”

“Simple, cheap, and effective trigger point release on sore muscles and tight fascia. I use the ball against a wall or on the floor, holding whatever position needs some extra release. Since it’s so easy to travel with, it’s become a total game changer for recovery on the go,” Toole explained.
