Taylor Frankie Paul Deactivates Social Media Accounts While ‘Healing’ Online: ‘Can’t Sleep’

News RoomBy News RoomApril 23, 20261 ViewsNo Comments

Taylor Frankie Paul has deactivated her social media accounts.

Taylor, 31, said goodbye to her the internet on Thursday, April 23, after opening up about not being able to sleep amid her healing journey. On Wednesday, April 22, Taylor took to TikTok hours before shutting down her account to share an intimate moment with her sister, Aspyn, 28.

“2 a.m. and just got off the phone with my sis welcoming her to the can’t sleep club,” Frankie captioned a video of herself laying on her kitchen floor. “I said, ‘Oh no, please don’t get stuck here my girl,’ but a dysregulated nervous system will do it.”

She continued, “My norm for years now. @Aspen May ❤️‍🩹.”

After all her social media accounts went dark, a Secret Lives of Mormon Wives fan account shared screenshots of her blank pages. Aspen offered some insight into what was going on, writing in the comments section, “Everyone has their breaking point.”

Taylor’s social media break comes after she got candid about sharing her healing journey online on Monday, April 20. After a fan advised her to “do [her] healing off of social media,” Taylor shared her thoughts via her Instagram Story.

“That sounds like the reasonable answer, however, I will be doing the opposite,” she wrote. “I’ll continue sharing on social media, showing how ugly healing can truly be. Making and editing videos is my way of processing just like people who like to write into a journal.”

Taylor continued, “This is my way and I choose to share it. Saying this with love, most people would need to get off and [that is] so understandable. I’m not most.”

The Hulu star’s message comes after news broke that she will not be charged in an February alleged domestic violence dispute with ex Dakota Mortensen, whom she shares son Ever, 2. (Taylor is also the mom of daughter Indy, 8, and Ocean, 5, whom she shares with ex-husband Tate Paul.) Season 22 of The Bachelorette, in which Taylor was set to star, was also pulled from the air amid the incident.

After avoiding charges, Taylor took to social media to share her reaction. “Cried when I got the call 🙏,” she captioned a photo of flowers. “THANK YOU to those that have stood with me.”

On Wednesday, April 22, Disney’s unscripted and reality TV chief, Rob Mills, shared an update on whether Taylor’s Bachelorette season will air. “Everything with that is one day at a time,” he told Variety.
