It’s time for the final round of the 2026 Masters at Augusta National.

After a historic second round, where he ended the day at 12 under par, Rory McIlroy’s six-shot lead has almost completely slipped away from him with yesterday’s third round.

At 11 under par, McIlroy is currently tied for first place with Cameron Young. Young started the third round eight shots below par, but a strong performance catapulted him to the top of the leaderboard.

Young already has one tournament win under his belt this year, too; he won the March 2026 Players Championship, marking his largest tournament win to date.
