Dennis Simmons has been on the receiving end of a soul-piercing Makai Lemon stare.
Lemon went viral on social media at the NFL combine for the way his eyes locked on a reporter and his shoulders rolled as he spoke about modeling his game after fellow former USC standout Amon-Ra St. Brown.
Was that something new?
“Makai is the most competitive person you are ever going to meet in your life,” Simmons, USC’s receivers coach, told The Post. “He’s doesn’t really say much, so you are kind of wondering, ‘Is he engaged? Is he interested? Is he listening to the conversation?’
