Those lucky enough to score tickets to Dodgers Opening Day next week should consider heading to the ballpark on an empty stomach.
The reigning World Series champions will be offering up several new menu items for the big day — including a whole lot of protein and booze.
Levy, the Dodgers’ food, beverage and hospitality partner, revealed on Tuesday three dishes and one beverage option that fans can get a hold of at Dodger Stadium on March 26 as Los Angeles takes on the Diamondbacks in its season-opener.
The first is the “Cochinita Pibil Bone Marrow Taco,” a pork dish that comes with bone marrow, blue corn tortillas and pickled onions.
The next is a char siu pork french fry bowl that’s topped with furikake spice and sriracha mayo.
The third food offering is a “Loco Moco Bowl” that comes with a beef patty, rice, gravy and an egg.
The Dodgers will have watermelon habanero margaritas available to wash it all down.
Levy stated it all was “crafted by an all-star team of chefs” — and for those who can’t make the opener, the items are expected to be available throughout the season.
First pitch for the season kickoff is slated for 5:30 p.m. PT.
