Aaron Rodgers gives NSFW confession on why he’s staying in shape for mysterious wife

News RoomBy News RoomMarch 4, 20261 ViewsNo Comments

Aaron Rodgers is opening up about different kinds of Xs and Os.

During an appearance Wednesday on “The Pat McAfee Show,” the future Hall of Fame quarterback explained how his mysterious wife, Brittani, has motivated him to stay in shape even as his football future remains undecided.

“I’m trying to stay fit, I mean it’s harder when you get older, so you kind of can’t take the same amount of time off as you used to. After so many seasons, I would take a few weeks off, a month off, a month and a half, now at 42, just to stay in shape, you gotta be dialed in on the diet and sleep and workouts if you want to look the right way,” Rodgers said.

“… I want to look good. I want my wife to want to f–k me all the time.”

Warning: Explicit language

Rodgers made waves last summer after revealing he tied the knot.

Although his spouse has largely remained out of the spotlight, he did let slip on Wednesday that they first crossed paths in 2017 when he was with the Packers.

“When we met back in 2017, I knew that there was something crazy special about this, and I wanted to be with her and she would make funny comments like ‘I would never live in Green Bay,’ and ‘I don’t want to be a player’s wife.’ She’s not a public person,” said Rodgers, who added she “moved back across the pond.”

Before settling down, Rodgers was involved in a string of high-profile romances with actress Olivia Munn, former NASCAR driver Danica Patrick and “Paradise” star Shailene Woodley, his one-time fiancée.

“I got myself into crazy town. I was with individuals who called the paparazzi, who leaked or talked about where I was living, who coerced me to make the proverbial Instagram-social media posts. I never really wanted to live a public life,” he said of his past.

Rodgers did not specify the “individuals” referenced.

The four-time league MVP wrapped his 21st NFL season in January, reaching the wild-card round of the playoffs with the Steelers.

Rodgers said Wednesday there’s been “no contract” from the Steelers, who will enter the 2026 season with new coach Mike McCarthy following Mike Tomlin’s resignation after 19 seasons.

McCarthy and Rodgers won a Super Bowl together at the end of the 2010 season in Green Bay, coincidentally against Pittsburgh.
