Exclusive | Gavin Newsom’s Christmas party caused traffic hell for neighbors — who are sick of his parties

News RoomBy News RoomDecember 18, 20251 ViewsNo Comments

Talk about a party foul.

Gov. Gavin Newsom’s ultra-exclusive shindigs at his party pad in posh Fair Oaks, California, are incensing his neighbors — who are sick of cars blocking their quiet street.

A Tuesday bash at Newsom’s mansion — a six-bedroom, 12,000-square-foot estate on a secluded 8-acre lot in the Sacramento suburb — caused traffic havoc after SUVs hogged spots in a no-parking zone and valets for mystery guests used all the parking, neighbor Andrea Marrapodi grumbled.

“They were parking there all day and it was making it hard to turn,” she said.

“I asked security three times very nicely, saying ‘you’re blocking traffic in the neighborhood.’ They said they’d move [the vehicles] but never did,” she added.

“They don’t seem to really care about the neighbors.”

A viral TikTok video shows a row of vehicles occupying a roughly half-block section next to a sign reading “No parking at any time” — a potential safety hazard for neighbors trying to navigate the narrow roadway.

“DONALD TRUMP HAS MADE AMERICA SO DIVIDED THAT NEIGHBORS NOW DECLARE WAR ON CHRISTMAS, ONE PARKED CAR AT A TIME!” Newsom’s spokesperson, Izzy Gardon, said in a dismissive, mocking statement to The Post.

“MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ALL OF CALIFORNIA, EVEN THE GRINCHES!!”

The Newsoms moved to the home in 2019, according to reports, but later decamped to a $9 million estate in exclusive Kentfield, California.

The Fair Oaks property, located roughly 15 miles from downtown Sacramento, is now used for fundraisers and other events, according to Marrapodi — and it’s a headache in the quiet enclave.

“They’re valeting cars all over the place so people who live here don’t have anywhere to park,” she noted.

“And all day yesterday it was cleaning up the event, with loud trucks, parking, people screaming.”

First Partner Jennifer Siebel Newsom was known to bring wine to neighbors to atone for the protesters that used to flood the area, Marrapodi said — but this time, there was no consolation prize.

Marrapodi shared that past events, namely a fundraiser with Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz last year, have also made it impossible to access the street due to heavy security — meaning she had to cancel meetings due to being locked out of her own home.

And idling law enforcement cars providing security to the governor idled “24 hours a day, 7 days a week,” she added.

“When they moved to Marin we thought it would calm down,” but no such luck, she said.
