Want to live longer — and look incredible doing it?
Anne Hathaway, Jennifer Aniston, Naomi Campbell and Gwyneth Paltrow are just a few of the A-listers who turn to skincare guru Georgia Louise to help keep them glowing from the inside out.
One of Hollywood’s most in-demand aestheticians, Louise has spent nearly three decades helping clients fend off Father Time and preserve their natural beauty.
She runs the “Georgia Louise Beauty Longevity Atelier,” a luxury haven tucked away in Manhattan’s Upper East Side where bespoke facials meet cutting-edge technology, regenerative therapies and functional medicine to refresh, restore and revitalize.
On the menu: peptide stacking, the latest viral wellness trend catching fire in the US among biohackers and beauty buffs.
“They’re used in Italy and China and other countries,” Max Marchione, an entrepreneur who uses peptides as part of his health and performance regimen, previously told The Post. “Every billionaire I know has a Chinese peptide dealer because of how effective these compounds are.”
Peptides — short chains of amino acids that act as the body’s natural building blocks — are quickly becoming the go-to secret in health and beauty.
One in particular, GLP-1, powers blockbuster weight-loss drugs like Ozempic and Wegovy, helping regulate blood sugar, appetite and metabolism.
As the name suggests, peptide stacking involves combining multiple amino acid-based supplements to amplify their effects, targeting everything from longevity and fat loss to muscle tone, immunity and skin health.
“Peptides aren’t just about looking younger — they’re about living better,” Louise, 45, told The Post. “They help the body perform optimally, heal faster and maintain natural vitality.”
Her team of in-house physicians designs personalized peptide stacks for each client based on their lab work, lifestyle goals and unique biological needs.
“I currently take a customized peptide protocol that targets longevity, immune balance, cellular repair and inflammation,” Louise said, noting that her regimen — like those of her clients — is closely monitored by medical professionals.
The famed facialist’s stack combines oral peptides taken daily with injectables several times a week.
“I genuinely feel more balanced, less inflamed and more energized,” Louise said. “My recovery, sleep and skin clarity are all noticeably improved.”
Her injectable go-tos include Thymosin Alpha-1 (TA-1), an immune-modulating peptide that helps regulate inflammation, strengthen defense systems and boost cellular resilience.
She also frequently injects SS-31, a peptide that protects and rejuvenates the mitochondria, the cell’s main energy center.
“It helps with endurance, cellular vitality, and recovery, which I’ve noticed directly reflected in my skin glow and energy,” she said.
For oral peptides, Louise takes BPC-157 daily.
This, she explained, supports gut lining repair, reduces inflammation, and improves recovery from stress or digestive imbalance.
She also uses KPV, “a potent anti-inflammatory peptide that helps calm systemic and skin inflammation,” particularly for conditions like rosacea, eczema, and post-treatment redness.
“Ultimately, peptides are redefining the meaning of beauty longevity — where skincare meets cellular care,” Louise said.
But she warns that this isn’t a DIY trend.
If you’re considering peptide stacking, “it’s crucial to work with an experienced provider,” Louise stressed. “Dosing, cycling and sourcing are key to safe and effective results.”
