While Kanye West and Bianca Censori made headlines for their 2025 Grammys red carpet appearance, Kim Kardashian was enjoying a fun afternoon out with her daughter North West.
Kardashian, 44, treated her eldest daughter, 11, to a mother-daughter date on Sunday, February 2, by taking her to a performance of Wicked the musical at the Hollywood Pantages Theater, a source exclusively confirmed to Us Weekly. According to the eyewitness, Kardashian and North stayed through the entire show, which began at 1 p.m. local time, and left the same time as their fellow audience members.
“It looked like they had fun and enjoyed the show,” the source shared. Kardashian shares North and kids Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5, with Kanye, 47.
The Kardashian-Jenner family are big fans of the Broadway musical, as they hosted an at-home screening of the Wicked movie with stars Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande in October 2024. Kim and her kids, mom Kris Jenner, sisters Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner and their kids all channeled their inner Elphaba and Glinda by sporting matching green and pink pajamas for the movie night.
“Wicked pajama party,” Kim captioned a group photo of her family posing with Erivo, 38, and Grande, 31, via Instagram at the time.
While Kim and North were watching Elphaba defy gravity on stage, Kanye’s wife, Censori, 30, shocked fans by baring it all on the Grammys red carpet. After entering the event in a fur coat, Censori took it off to reveal her nearly-nude ensemble, which featured an ultra-sheer mini dress that left little to the imagination. Kanye for his part, kept things simple in a black T-shirt, black jeans and sunglasses.
Shortly after their red carpet appearance went viral, another source confirmed to Us that the couple, who wed in 2022, left the awards show “on their own accord,” adding, “They just got in their car and left.”
The pair were photographed exiting the Crytpo.com Arena in Los Angeles in photos obtained by the Daily Mail. Multiple outlets reported that they left after attempting to recreate the cover of his Vultures 1 album, which features Censori facing away from the camera in a loin cloth and knee-high boots.
Censori sported another sheer look at a Grammys afterparty shortly after, this time sporting a black mesh bodysuit and black booties in photos obtained by the Daily Mail.
As Bianca’s red carpet look continues to spark internet discussion, her sister, Angelina Censori, supported the model’s bold fashion choice via her Instagram Story. On Sunday, Angelina reposted a clip and photo of Bianca taking her fur coat off in front of Grammy photographers. She also left a fire emoji in the comments of Kanye’s since-deleted Instagram post about the pair’s Grammys outing.
Kanye’s track “Carnival” was nominated for Best Rap Song at Sunday’s awards show. He ultimately lost the award to Kendrick Lamar’s “Not Like Us,” which also scored the rapper wins for Best Music Video, Best Rap Performance, Song of the Year and Record of the Year.
