People set some lofty goals around the New Year. From cutting sugar and hitting the gym eight days a week to having fewer cocktails, spending less money and going to bed earlier, everyone seems to have a multitude of ambitions for 2025. As someone who already eats healthy (most of the time) and exercises daily, my goals look a little different. While I have a generally healthy lifestyle, I’m lacking in the clean beauty department — like, severely lacking. I rarely check the laundry list of ingredients in my soaps, shampoos, makeup products, moisturizers or dry shampoos.
Dry shampoos are particularly chemical-laden, especially the sprays that contain aerosol, drying alcohols, silicones, talc and other harmful additives. I’ve been using the same dry shampoo spray for years, but it wasn’t until I tried this Dry Shampoo Powder Puff that I realized how unnecessary the chemicals really are.
