Burlaka, an actor, hopes to help shift anger at Russia into useful energy with his video “Alarm Yoga.” Filled with dark humor, the lesson makes people laugh and also think about their health, he said.

Burlaka called the video timely following airstrikes in Kyiv the previous day: “I can feel that I needed it.”
