Dave Coulier and his wife, Melissa Bring, had some “tough” conversations amid his cancer treatment. The Full House alum, 65, announced last year that he was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma and quickly began chemotherapy. According to Bring, 41, the journey wasn’t easy. “After [the fifth round of] chemo, he was like, ‘I don’t know if I could do this again.’ He was like, ‘I’m prepared either way. If I die, I die. And if I can stay here, great. I want to,’” she said in a new Parade cover story published Monday, March 31. Coulier admitted that he did sometimes consider the possibility of death. “I think everybody’s mind goes there. It’s part of the reality of life. Like, ‘Wow, this is really serious’ and, ‘What’s the worst that could happen?’” he told the outlet. Coulier completed his sixth round of chemotherapy in February, and his symptoms “got progressively worse and worse and worse” with each round. Staying positive, however, has been key. “I’m in a position where I can inspire others. A negative attitude doesn’t inspire anybody,” he explained. Scroll below for more of Us Weekly’s top stories:
